As
I stated on the home page, I have been in love with resistance training
since I was 11. The funny thing is that since I saw that first bodybuilding
show you can find pictures of me throughout the years striking a
pose. Exercise and
mainly resistance training became such a passion because it was
the only time during my day that Blake was taking care of Blake.
Think about it how often do you really take care of yourself during
your hectic week? For many of you you don't make any time for yourself. Now everyone
has trouble with their family and doesn't have it easy. Since I
am such a sensitive person I REALLY had a tough time growing up.
A sociopathic stepfather also added to the stress. Some people may
turn to drugs or other outlets to help them deal with life. I did
it in the gym. The weight room was the fortress of solitude. I became
physically strong and mentally strong. That's an amazing thing about
the human body. Many times when you feel strong physically you also
feel stronger mentally and emotionally. Resistance training helped
me to overcome many difficult patches in my life. Since it helped
me so much I feel like I should give back and educate others about
the numerous positive effects of resistance training. I want everyone
to be aware that there are convenient, affordable methods that will
enable you to do it almost anywhere. I am here for
