You can build or tone your arms with the Bodylastics resistance training system
All of the exercises below are performed using the Bodylastics Super System
The arms or beach muscles are comprised of the Biceps (Also known as the beach muscle it is the muscle on the front of your arm) and the Triceps (the large group of muscles on the back of your arm, a problem area for many women).
 


Triceps Exercise #1: Kneeling Triceps Extension
